…and the topic is: What should the topic be?
Things that inspire us? Upcoming industry-related legislation? The ‘Missing 32%’? The direction of architecture in America? 3D printing possibilities? Historic recognition of female architects and designers? Gentrification and homelessness in Los Angeles? The role of design in the digital age? Local unsung design heroes? Rising women in leadership?
Join us for an intimate talk about what we should be talking about. The evening will begin with refreshments and a few simple warm up exercises to help get us ‘outside the box’. Then we will share our ideas and explore potential platforms to continue these discussions at greater length.
Please come prepared with at least one topic that matters to you. If applicable, bring any support materials that might will help you illustrate why we should be discussing your topic: imagery, articles, sketches, video–any and all. If you don’t have an original topic but want to listen or weigh in on things presented by others please don’t hesitate to join us–we need you to help us decide what to talk about too!
